RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All items purchased online can be processed for return or exchange within 20 days after receiving the shipping email only if the item is defective, we will inspect first if the defect is applicable for a return or exchange. It must also be in its original packaging with complete freebies inside. Due to hygiene concerns, we will not allow return or exchange of shirts due to wrong size ordered by the customer. International orders are not available for return or exchange, only refund for the item–not including the shipping costs.

 

RETURN WRONG ITEM BY MAIL

Return is applicable only if you received duplicate orders or if we asked for the defective item to be returned. The item for return will be picked up via GoGo Express booked by us or the customer. Please message us for the arrangements.

 

DELIVERY OF CORRECT ITEM

The correct item will be shipped to you without additional charges. The item for return will be picked up via GoGo Express booked by us or the customer.

 

REFUND POLICY

We can only process refunds if we failed to ship your items or if the item in your order is out of stock. For refunds, we will only transfer the amount via GCash, BDO, and PayPal (PayPal fee will be charged to the customer).
